The Feel It exercise is the effective tool used in Mental First Aid and in Core Dynamics Coaching. In 2011 we measured the effect on using the strong tools on different mental health issues. The effect was permanent for 88% of the focuspersons.

The results are subjective judgement from the focusperson during the progress of guidings on the mental health issue. 10 meaning you have perfect wellbeing with the issue in all situations and with 0 you are not able to handle the situation.
